with people you are not quarantined with?

7) Are you and your guardian ok to get a COVID test before the shoot?

8) If you hair isn't short - Are you willing to cut your hair to match the reference photos on the breakdown? 9) 2 current snap shots of you TODAY (mid shot & full body). NOT HEADSHOTS

If you have any female siblings / cousins / friends who also match the spec & are available, feel free to have them submit as well.
