This project is a photo shoot but the clients are considering using the stills in an animatic video on a website and don't want to deal with New Media contracts, so we're casting nonuniontalent.

ROLE: Female; Age 45-50; Middle Eastern; light brown hair - Should have a global look, as if they’re from a region outside of the US.

Talent Rate: $5000 + 20% agent fee (if applicable) Includes: wardrobe fitting; covid testing stipend, 1 day shoot/session and usage fee. Conflicts: No existing conflicts within the vaccine category. Shoot Note: This project shoots in Brooklyn and talent will be needed for one shoot day and one fitting day. Talent must have availability for these dates: 5/18 (confirmed fitting), 5/19 (possible shoot), 5/20 (possible shoot), 5/21 (possible shoot) Production expects that talent be local to NY or work as a local. Production does not cover travel expenses such a hotel, flights, gas, tolls, etc. If cast, talent must be able to self report to set for a fitting on one day and the shoot will be a few days later. Terms: From date of first use: 2 years, global territory, unlimited use in all media, with exclusivity in the vaccine category. No Broadcast. Cont’d: Option to extend usage upon expiration with same usage and exclusivity as above: 1 year: $2750 + 20% agent fee (if applicable) 2 years: $5500 +20% agent fee (if applicable) 3 years: $6000 + 20% agent fee (if applicable)
